In their first game as #1, the Bulldogs will take the field not wearing the DWS 100 unis for the first time since Week 3 at South Alabama. Many fans wanted a white version of the DWS 100 unis to be worn in this game, but MSU AD Scott Stricklin announced that Adidas could not get such a jersey ready until next year. Stricklin's comments solidified the idea that the DWS 100 uniforms, or at least a version of them, will become the regular uniforms next season.
So, instead of white DWS 100 unis, the Bulldogs will wear the matte helmets with all-white. This was always the best looking combo of the current (soon to be former) uniform set. Side note- the Bulldogs also wore this exact combination
